The Office Park

 The Big Wave Project is a unique blend of a green for-profit development with a non-profit community. The Office Park is the financial engine of Big Wave. It will be built in phases as the needs of local businesses dictate.  The build out will provide a maximum total of 225,000 SF of office, R&D, server farm, warehouse, assembly and conference space at competitive prices. There are eight separate parcels for development designed for four three-story buildings and four two-story buildings. There is one parcel for shared area of parking and paths and one parcel for wetland restoration and open space.
