Beau’s Recap from last week’s thriller in Foster City:

A glorious Sunday afternoon at Sea Cloud Park in Foster City. A tremendous crowd of buddies and volunteers out on the field helping the Big Wave and the Mariners. A special shout out to the boys from Serra High School who came out in large numbers to play baseball! Thank you guys!

Also, Beau would like to recognize DJ, a Little Leaguer from San Carlos who not only came out to play with the Challenger teams and did a fantastic job, but also donated his baseball bat to the team! Well done DJ!!

       

Stephanie – as always, a strong lead-off hitter

Harrison – excellent job of hitting

Ryan – way to go Ryan with a strong hit to left field!

Kendra – great job at the plate and a wonderful smile to the crowd!

Patrick – always strong at the plate and good plays at third

Eric – happy to see you on the field and great job of hitting

Stephen – excellent job with hitting and hustle on the bases

Ben – wonderful to see Ben playing with Big Wave, we have missed you!

Thea – great plays at first and good hitting at the plate
