Dayton Nordin is a senior partner for Ernst & Young, one of the largest professional consulting organizations in the world. There, he focuses on Corporate Finance and transformation of the largest global organizations, and he brings his deep finance expertise to Big Wave. He has also been involved with not-for-profit organizations for over two decades. Beyond Big Wave, he currently serves on the Finance Committee of Perkins School for the Blind, is the Chair of the Appraisal Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board of Emory’s Quantitative Theory and Methods program.
As the father of a future resident of Big Wave, Dayton cares deeply about the long-term viability of the project and meeting the mission of the organization. Along with his wife Leslie, they believe Big Wave will provide a home and community for their son, which is unique and best in class. They are particularly proud of the resident demographic which is drawn from a broad range of challenges and economic ability.
Dayton has a B.A. in political science and an MBA in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta. Dayton and Leslie are also parents to a daughter who is the best sister her brother could have.
